Please join me Saturday mornings for a nourishing Vinyasa flow practice at the beautiful West Australian Ballet Centre, Maylands.
Practicing asana (postures) with a watchful eye can help us connect deeper to our inner world. When we observe ourselves in action we start to identify and understand who we are from a much deeper perspective. With regular practice, we can identify our tendencies - habitual thought patterns, emotional reactivities and physical imbalances to name a few. Seeing ourselves more clearly in this way creates a platform for growth, transformation and realisation of our fullest potential. This practice aims to challenge you physically and expand your perspective.
Class duration is 1.15 hrs and is suitable for all levels.
*Vinyasa yoga is a physically dynamic practice that synchronises breath and body movements. Through a regular vinyasa yoga practice additional benefits can be experienced such as increased confidence, weight loss, increased flexibility, core strength and stamina as well as a calmer, clearer mind.
